How do I get a stamp?
After each stop on the quest (i.e., event/panel), find Richard Xie or Tom Culman or speak to one of the presenters. They will be happy to stamp your Value Flower on the back of this booklet.
Win prizes
After ISPOR 2024, take a picture of your Value Flower page and submit it to our contest using the form below. Doing so will enter you into the following drawings:

Drawing 2: Everyone who manages to collect all of the stamps (awesome!) will be invited to meet with NPLB leadership to discuss the future of GCEA and Affordable Innovation.
You’ll ALSO be entered into a second drawing for a $250 Visa gift card.
Drawing 3: You can take a picture with one of our organizing committee members (featured on page 5), then upload it to LinkedIn or X. Tag @NPLB_org and #GCEA_Quest in your post. Each post will count as one entry into a drawing for a Visa gift card (two winners; each card worth $250).

Getting the math right when measuring the value of new medicines
Cost-effectiveness analysis (CEA) is commonly used to inform the assessment of value from new healthcare technologies. However, traditional CEA methods often fail to capture important components of social value for biopharmaceutical and other innovations. New research using updated & better math found that, when accounting for societal benefits, drugs provide much more value than previously appreciated.
